back in the groove.

Well well well. Today the team went back to the roots of the hunting process. We decided it would be a good day for some target practice. Never being ones to let you down it did not go as originaly planned.

If you must go to Sauvies Island to do your skeet shooting remember that lead shot is not allowed there. Sometimes if you only bring lead shot you have to backtrack and go to Fred Meyers to pick up STEEL shot. Fortunately we are used to backtracking off Sauvies. Once the two+ hour delay was completed we began to get some practice rounds off.

About then the Warden shows up and confirms that you are, in fact, using steel shot to the tune of $150 ticket if you aren't. Good thing the team always follows protocall. Remember too that cows are not part of the shooting range, even if the bastards are begging for a good pasting. Mmmmmm, Bar-b-que.

I have included a picture of todays events to illisturate to you exactly what shooting skeet is all about. We will let you be the judge of who got the most clays in a round. (It was me of course)

God Bless Charlton Heston.
