So a couple of weeks ago the Oregon Chapter of the H7HT did a little Steelheading on two mighty rivers, the Snake River and the Clear Water both in southwest Idaho. We had a guide courtesy to Cliffy with his expert bidding at a fish function auction. The mans name was Dave, Dave was a nice man who promised to fill our cooler with Steelhead Salmon. Every morning we awoke with Daves empty promises of putting us on some fish in his favorite spots, he's been fishing these rivers for 30 years now. Anyway, enough about that for now, there will be some more excellent stories about that later, but this is about Fishing Time with Andy Vershaw. A few years back Andy took another old man out fly fishing, for the first time no less, and look what he did. Listen to the commentary as to how excellent of a job Andy did. I guess what I'm gunning at is, who needs a guide when we have Andy? Enjoy.
